1. Policy Revision

You can request revisions as allowed by your selected package. We strive to provide the best service and will revise your design until your needs are addressed. No additional fees will be charged unless fundamental design principles are changed. Your requested revisions will be completed within 48 hours.

Any modifications requested after finalizing the logo or design will be subject to additional charges.

2. Refund Policy

Apex Digital Crafts LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy under the following circumstances:

• A special package was selected.
• The core design concept was approved.
• Revisions were requested after approval.
• The cancellation was due to non-company-related issues.
• There was no communication for more than two weeks.
• Company policy was breached.
• Another company or designer was hired for the same project.
• The provided creative brief lacked essential details.
• A complete design modification was requested.
• The refund request exceeded the allowable period.
• The company is closing or rebranding.
• Refunds will not be provided for “change of mind,” “disagreement with a partner,” or other non-service-related reasons.

Clients who subscribe to a service bundle but are dissatisfied with a specific service will only receive a refund for that particular service.

Refunds are not available after seven (7) days of purchase. The following services are non-refundable:

• Social Media Marketing/Management
• SEO Services
• Domain Registration
• Logo Copyrights and Trademarks
• Web Hosting
• Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS)

Once a website design is approved and development begins, no refunds will be issued. If the client fails to provide necessary information within ten (10) days of ordering, a partial refund (up to 25%) may be granted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide detailed reasoning for your refund request.
3. Our team will review your request and respond accordingly.

To maintain legality, if a refund is issued, Apex Digital Crafts LLC reserves the right to submit your designs to copyright agencies to ensure proper record-keeping.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws , without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy related to these Terms or Apex Digital Crafts LLC’s services.  

Claims must be lodged within 30 days of the dispute. Claims filed after this period will be dismissed.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith. If unresolved, mediation may be requested, which will be limited to 30 days. If mediation fails, legal action may be pursued under applicable laws.

4. Quality Assurance

Our team of expert designers and developers is committed to delivering high-quality results. We conduct thorough research and ensure our designs meet industry standards.

We guarantee customer satisfaction by offering unlimited revisions (within package limits). We continue refining your project until you are satisfied.

5. Delivery Policy

• A confirmation email will be sent upon order placement.
• Completed orders will be delivered to the email address associated with the order.
• The standard turnaround time is two (2) business days, depending on the package selected.
• Urgent orders will be handled by our customer service team upon request.

6. Maintenance of Records

Apex Digital Crafts LLC stores finalized designs for future reference. If you lose your files, you may request a copy from our records.

7. Client Support

Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist with any inquiries.
